Nova Scotia Clients:
Nova Scotia is expected to expand public health funding to include private mental health services in 2025. We’ll share more details as they become available. Until then, the rates listed below remain in effect.

Ontario Clients:
N.B. Nova Scotia is 1 hr. ahead. If you want an appointment at 10 a.m., book your appointment for 11 a.m. (Someone from the team will reach out to confirm your time.)

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your session, please give at least 24 hours notice so another patient might book the time. Your clinician will endeavour do the same if they need to reschedule.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss a session you will be charged.

If you wake up sick the day of your In-Person appointment – Do Not Come In. We can switch to Virtual or cancel last minute. Arriving In-Person with symptoms is a public health risk—you’ll be turned away and you will be charged the Full Fee as a Late Cancellation Fee.

Please Note: Nova Scotia Health does not cover missed appointments or Late Cancellation Fees. You are responsible for all fees for missed or late cancelled appointments.

Remember: The clinician reserves this time exclusively for you. When you miss or late cancel your appointment, it directly impacts another patient who could have used that time for their care.

These rules apply to all clients – no matter your region.
