Session Fees 2026:
$150 50-Minute Individual Session
$220 80-Minute Individual Session
$185 50-Minute Couples Session
$275 80-Minute Couples Session

Acceptable forms of payment include:
All Major Credit Cards or eTransfer (eTransfers must be received in advance of your session)

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your session, please give at least 24 hours notice so another patient might book the time. Your clinician will endeavour do the same if they need to reschedule.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss a session you will be charged.
Insurance does not cover missed or late cancelled appointments.

For In Person – If you wake up sick the day of your In-Person appointment – Do Not Come In. We can switch to Virtual or cancel last minute. Arriving In-Person with symptoms is a public health risk—you’ll be turned away and you will be charged the Full Fee as a Late Cancellation Fee.

Remember: The clinician reserves this time exclusively for you. When you miss or late cancel your appointment, it directly impacts another patient who could have used that time for their care.
